Who we are
NotSoBusy operates notsobusy.com from Houston, Texas. We alert people when restaurants they follow are quieter than that hour usually is.
What we keep
If you create an account we store your email, optional mobile number, food and meal-time preferences, restaurant style preferences, favorites, alert rules, and the contact release you accepted. Guests keep that data only in this browser.
How we contact you
With your consent we may email, text, or send a browser notification:
- when a place you follow is quieter than usual
- about NotSoBusy itself (product, service, account)
- on behalf of restaurants or dining partners who subscribe to NotSoBusy — offers or updates they ask us to send you
We do not sell your name, email, or number as a standalone list. Partner messages go through us, to people who opted in.
Opt out
Turn off alerts in the app, or email privacy@notsobusy.com. Text STOP to any SMS we send. You can keep an account and still refuse partner messages — write us and say so.
